Fig. App.02 — What's Inside

Five tools, one job each, all under your thumb.

No feature bloat — the app does five things a roof owner actually needs mid-claim, and does each of them the way our crews already work in the field.

Photo Estimate

Aim, shoot, get a range — before anyone's on your roof.

Upload a photo of the damaged area — missing tabs, a soffit ding, a valley leak stain — and the app returns an estimated repair range against our own job history, typically in under 90 seconds.

Perfect, I'll be around. Anything I need to have ready?

Text the person actually running your job.

Every job is assigned one project manager from our own crew — not a call center. Message them directly inside the app and see the same read receipts you'd get from any other thread.

Four steps, in the app, in this order.

STEP 01 / 04

Snap a photo of the damage

Point your camera at the shingles, soffit, or stain. The app reads shingle type, wind lift, and granule loss from the image.

STEP 02 / 04

Get your estimate range

A repair estimate range appears in under 90 seconds, matched against our own job history — before anyone has knocked on your door.

STEP 03 / 04

Book your free inspection

Pick an open slot for a full 21-point inspection. A real crew member confirms the number in person, on your roof.

STEP 04 / 04

Track it to close-out

Watch your claim move stage by stage, message your assigned PM directly, and pull your warranty the day it's signed.

Uploaded a photo of a soffit ding at 9pm on a Sunday and had a ballpark by bedtime. The crew's number two days later landed inside that range.
J. MarshiOS · Kenilworth
Watching the claim move from "Adjuster Scheduled" to "Approved" without calling anyone was the best part. Colin messaged the second the check cleared.
R. Okonkwo-BellAndroid · Kenilworth
Photo estimate feature is neat but obviously undersells a full tear-off — that still needs the in-person visit. Documents tab is genuinely great for insurance, though.
T. NakamuraiOS · Weaverville
Messaged Tomás about a valley detail on our standing-seam job and got a real, specific answer in twenty minutes — not a chatbot loop.
S. WhitfieldAndroid · Fletcher
Downloaded the warranty PDF the same day for our closing attorney. Would've been a phone call and a week-long wait otherwise.
D. FerrisiOS · Montford
Scheduling the free inspection took ninety seconds on my lunch break, and the crew actually showed up inside the window they gave me.

Questions worth asking any roofing app.

Q01Does the estimate work with my specific insurance company?+
The claim tracker and documents work regardless of carrier — we've built it around the fields most residential property insurers use. Colin, our estimating & insurance liaison, still attends every adjuster meeting in person, so the app is a companion to that relationship, not a replacement for it.
Q02Is the photo estimate a binding quote?+
No — it's a range based on what's visible in your photo, matched against our own job history. The binding, written scope is always the one generated after a crew member does the free 21-point inspection in person.
Q03What devices does the app support?+
iOS 15 and later on iPhone, and Android 10 and later on phones and tablets. The photo estimate tool needs a working camera and a network connection; everything else works offline once loaded.
Q04What happens to my damage photos after I upload them?+
They're attached to your job file and visible to your assigned project manager and the estimating team only. They're never sold or shared with third-party advertisers, and you can delete a photo from your account at any time.
Q05Can I still call or text my project manager outside the app?+
Yes. In-app messaging is the fastest way to reach them during business hours, but every PM's direct line is also listed on your job page, and the storm line stays staffed 24/7 regardless of app use.
Q06Can I track more than one property?+
Yes — add any address with an active or past Ironclad job and switch between them from the home screen. Useful if you manage a rental or handle roofing for a family member's home.
