Will the app work on my phone?
Yes, on iOS 15 or later and Android 10 or later — that covers most phones from the last six years or so. If your device is older, the mobile web version at meridianclimate.example covers booking and tracking.
Does the app cost anything?
The app itself is free to download. You only pay for the service you actually book — same flat-rate pricing you'd get calling dispatch directly, shown before any work starts.
I'm already a Meridian Climate customer — do I need to re-register?
No. Link your existing account with the phone number or email already on file, and your service history, active plan, and past invoices carry over automatically — nothing to re-enter.
Can I control more than one thermostat or zone?
Yes — if your home has zoned control installed, every zone shows individually with its own target and current temp. Single-system homes see one combined reading.
Do I need the Comfort Assurance Plan to use the app?
No. Booking, live tracking, invoices, and maintenance alerts are available to any Meridian Climate customer. Comfort Assurance Plan members additionally see priority scheduling windows highlighted first.
I don't have a smart thermostat yet — can I still use the app?
Absolutely. You can book service, track your technician, and view invoices right away. Remote thermostat control activates automatically once a compatible smart thermostat is installed.
Is my account and location data secure?
Live tracking only shares your dispatched technician's location with your device during an active visit — it's never stored or shared beyond that job, and turns off automatically once the visit closes out.
