Feature Set
Five screens. One job, start to close-out.
Everything a service call touches — the quote, the van, the paperwork, the history, the emergency line — lives in the same app, not five different phone calls.
Estimate range
$185 – $240
Outlet arcing · likely loose neutral
SCOPE‑01Photo Quote
Snap the fault. Get a number.
Point your camera at the sparking outlet, the breaker that keeps tripping, the panel that won't reset. An estimator sizes the job from your photos and answers with a real price range — before a truck is ever dispatched.
- Most estimates land in your inbox within 20 minutes
- Attach up to six photos or a short video clip
- Range converts to a fixed price once a technician confirms on-site
SCOPE‑02Digital Invoices & Permits
Every permit, every invoice, one folder.
Your panel upgrade's permit number, the inspection sign-off, the itemized invoice — all filed under your address the same day the work closes out. No digging through email for a document the city or a future buyer might ask for.
- Filed automatically the moment a job is marked complete
- Export any document as a PDF in one tap
- Searchable by permit number, address, or job date
ETA 27 MIN
SCOPE‑03Live Technician Tracking
Watch the van, not the clock.
Once a technician is dispatched, follow their route down to the block and get an ETA that updates as they move — not a four-hour window that means "sometime today." Notified the moment they're five minutes out.
- Real-time position, refreshed every few seconds while en route
- Push alert when your technician is 5 minutes away
- See their name, photo, and license number before they knock

SCOPE‑04Full Service History
Your panel's whole story, circuit by circuit.
Every circuit Voltway has touched at your address is logged permanently — the 2019 kitchen rewire, the 2024 generator interlock, this year's panel upgrade — so the next electrician, ours or anyone's, isn't starting blind.
- Tied to your account and shareable as a read-only link
- Includes as-built photos and inspection results
- Useful for insurance claims, appraisals, and home sales
EMERGENCY
Skips the quote queue. Rings dispatch directly, 24/7.
SCOPE‑05Emergency One-Tap
Sparking, smoking, dark. One tap, no queue.
The emergency button skips the normal request flow entirely — no photo, no form, no quote to wait on. It rings dispatch directly and flags your address as a true emergency the instant you tap it.
- Reserved for sparking outlets, burning smell, dead panels, total outage
- Your address and service history are already visible to dispatch
- Average callback under two minutes, any hour
Signal Path
How a job runs, inside the app.
Request or snap a photo
Describe the fault or upload a photo. Non-emergencies get a price range back in minutes.
Approve the scope
Review the fixed price and confirmed appointment window, then approve in one tap.
Track the technician
Watch the van en route and get notified when they're five minutes from your door.
Review & file
Pay in-app, rate the visit, and the invoice and any permit file themselves into History.
App Store Reports
Filed by people who used it mid-repair.
"Uploaded three photos of the outlet at 11pm and had a price range before midnight. Renata already knew what she'd find when she showed up the next morning."
"Tracked the van from across town and watched the ETA drop from 38 to 12 minutes. The charger permit and invoice were both in the app before I finished my coffee."
"The History tab is worth it alone — every circuit from our rewire is logged with photos. Wish the map refreshed a touch faster on tight corners, otherwise flawless."
"Storm knocked out half the block. One tap on Emergency and Dante called back in ninety seconds — didn't have to explain anything, our address was already flagged."
"Didn't expect a utility app to feel this considered. The photo estimator nailed the price of my panel upgrade within eighty dollars."
Before You Download
Common questions about the app.
Q1Is the app free to download?+
Yes — free on both iOS and Android. You only pay for work you've reviewed and approved; photo quotes and browsing your service history cost nothing.
Q2How accurate are photo-based quotes?+
Most land within 10–15% of the final price for straightforward repairs. Anything that depends on what's behind the wall — a rewire, a full panel swap — converts to a fixed price once a technician confirms on-site.
Q3Does live tracking work for every job?+
Tracking activates once a technician is dispatched and en route. Scheduled estimates further out show a booked window rather than a live pin.
Q4What counts as a true emergency in the app?+
The same criteria as our emergency phone line — sparking outlets, a burning smell, a panel that won't reset, or total power loss. Tapping Emergency skips the quote queue and rings dispatch directly.
Q5Is my service history tied to my address or my account?+
It's tied to your account, but you can generate a read-only share link for a new electrician, an appraiser, or a home buyer whenever you need to hand it off.
Q6Which devices does the app support?+
iOS 16 and later, and Android 11 and later. The app is built for phones; a browser-based version for tablets and desktop is on the roadmap.
